Featuring a piano quintet from the National Symphony Orchestra
Visit the fantastical land of stories, animals, and music.
A National Symphony Orchestra piano quintet takes you on a journey through the timeless tales of the Mother Goose Suite by Maurice Ravel and the magical world of tails from Camille Saint-Saëns’ The Carnival of the Animals. The featured musicians include Jae-Yeon Kim, violin; Andrew Eng, viola; Eugena Chang Riley, cello; Charles Nilles, double bass; and Natalia Kazaryan, piano. The young and young-at-heart are invited to listen and experience these playful stories narrated in English and Spanish and performed through chamber music.
